With a population density of just 1.7 people per square mile in Park County, you will always have that special feeling of being at one with nature, far from the crowds.
Conveniently, the reserve is just a short hike from the nearest road. The North Fork Shoshone River and the charming Pahaska Tepee, Buffalo Bill's old hunting lodge, are just a few miles away.
The reserve is accessible by car from Cody, about 35 miles to the east, or from Yellowstone's East Entrance, approximately 27 miles to the west.
